Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $25 ship free!

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate (free on orders over $25)
• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after shipping
• Chocolate Orders: Ship Monday-Wednesday only to prevent melting during transit

Chocolate Shipping Notice

During hot weather months, we only ship chocolate orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid products sitting in post office facilities over the weekend. We ship Priority Mail which is supposed to be 2-day delivery, but expect 3-4 days.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at azhippiechicks@gmail.com or call 480-628-0881
• Unopened products may be returned for a full refund
• Opened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit
• Chocolate products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge

Please note: We cannot accept returns on products that have been consumed or are past the 30-day window.
